All the titles from LocalDVDs.co.uk are available to order quickly and easily online.

While browsing through our range of titles, simply click on the "Buy DVD" button to add any title you like to your shopping cart. Your shopping cart containing all your selections so far will appear in a new pop-up window. When you have selected all the items you required, click on the "Basket" link at the top of the page to review your selections and proceed to the payment stage.

Payments process
You can pay for your order using any major credit or debit card. All online payments are made via the world-renowned PayPal system so you can be confident that your online purchase will be completely secure and safe. Look out for the padlock or key symbol in your browser window for confirmation that your purchase is being carried out in a secure way.

Ordering Offline
If you would prefer to order offline or pay by cheque rather than a credit/debit card, you can click here to download an order form which you can print, complete and post off to us.

Delivery
Once we receive your order and payment, we will make every effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please allow 5 working days for UK orders, 14 working days for Overseas orders. Postage and packaging is FREE on all orders.

Guarantee/Refund Policy
We aim to make all our customers completely satisifed with their purchases. However, if for some reason you are unhappy with your product, please return it to us within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. If you believe that you have purchased the wrong title, you can return in within 28 days of delivery in it's original condition and we will be happy to exchange it for another title in the range for you. Please contact us for your returns authorisation number if you wish to return any product. You will be responsible for the return postage costs and we advise that you use recorded delivery as proof of posting cannot be considered as proof of receipt.
